JKS England Black and Brown Belt Course 2/6/19

Sensei Shyam was invited to teach the June JKS England Black and Brown belt course in Nottingham. He taught 60 or so students ranging from 9 years of age to 60+ from 3rd Kyu to 7th Dan.
The course concentrated on the Heian kata and their history and application in both a traditional and modern context.
The 2 hours flew by only managing to cover 4 out of 5 of the Heian kata.
It was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.
