Kangeiko 2022

Over 40 students took part in the JKS Harrow Kangeiko 2022.
After a quick warm up at the Dojo, all the students went for a jog around Harrow Recreation Ground in a tempreture of 3 degrees! We headed back to the dojo where Sensei Nirmay taught the first session, followed by Sensei Nirmay and the Sensei Shyam. After the training, the students tucked in to pizzas, samosas and other treats! Great training!
