JKA England Open 29/10/22

A championship which saw over 400 competitors from 8 countries including France, Germany, Poland, Norway and Kuwait. 
As a small club we had great results. 
Little Taiyo took Bronze in 6-7yr old Kumite in his first competition!! 
Daniela did great getting to the Kata and Kumite finals getting 4th place and Silver respectively. 
Harshil took Bronze in Senior Kata in a very tough field. 
Sensei Shyam got to the Veterans kata finals taking 4th place and just missing out on a medal. 
The category of the day for the club was the Veterans Kumite which saw a field of 30 men enter. 
HSK took Gold and Silver with Sensei Anas taking Silver and Sanath winning Gold! 
Alex and Mihails also took top 8 finishes in their Kumite categories. 
Well done to Adam and Lakshita on some solid performances too.
